Default Chalet in SLC LCC area?

I'm looking for a chalet to rent in the Alta/Snowbird area for a week or so
in March - probably the week ending March 20.

We would be two families, 7 people in total.

Anyone know of any good spots, or places in SLC? I looked at one web site
that had chalets at the base of Westward Ho, but they were a bit pricey.

Any ideas appreciated,

dh

We're looking for someplace around $300 a night. For that, we'd hope to
find a place that's reasonably nice, can accommodate 7 while eating, and
has 3 (or more!) bedrooms. Hot tubs have become another essential.

Since we're coming from the land of the Northern Peso, it will be
influenced by the exchange rate, but it's not bad right now.

Check out http://www.wfsa.com/

I've never dealt with them myself, it's just a bookmark I had saved from
the last time I was researching SLC/LCC accomodations. Seems to meet
your needs. Caveat emptor &c.

Sure, Larry Bell's Winter White or Best Brown are darn fine specimens.

Oh, wait, you probably mean *Utah* local beers. Sorry, can't be much
help there. Anything that comes out of a tap in Utah has to be low
alcohol brew, so that kind of puts a damper on the microbrew industry. I
tried a couple, but didn't find anything to recommend.

Wasatch Brew Pub. It's on Main Street in Park City.

Utah micros are no worse than all the others ! But you're right, they all
pretty much suck. But to answer his question there are plenty of places
around that will sell him a bitter, heavy, bad tasting, but trendy beer for
too much money.
