Default Alas, no lake effect

But the snow continues despite that. Had another great day in a blizzard
at Monarch yesterday. It was, uh, pretty good. Oh, and they got another
19" over night...

I was at work from 9:30am-10pm yesterday. Expecting something similar today

....and here I was thinking I was getting pretty good (that was on the
tele setup).

I know those deadlines well. Lucky for me I just hammered out a couple
of big projects between waves of great skiing and am now being forced to
take extra days off to burn up PTO.

Nope. That was the birthday boy, my friend Rick (47!). He's just
learning to tele. That was the last run and he was pretty beat. We put
the hurt on him because he always kicks our asses on a (single speed!)
mountain bike in the summer. Revenge can be sweet!

PS - I was the guy with the camera so we only got one shot of me which
is the one I posted.
