question about bindings
I'm new to this but I have some classic skis and have broken the part
of the binding where my heel comes down. Is there any cheap fixes for this and how crucial is this part of the binding? |

question about bindings
It's important for gliding and setting up push off. You didn't say the
make and model of binding (racing, touring, auto, backcountry), but typically the heel plate is a separate plastic piece from the toe clamp and so can be replaced inexpensively. Shops always have heel plates around. DIY repairs are sometimes possible, but if you have to ask then it's much safer for the integrity of the binding to have a shop do it. matteo wrote: I'm new to this but I have some classic skis and have broken the part of the binding where my heel comes down.
