Default Deburring the edges

Need some help here.

Got a near-collision with a friend (on skis, as usual) and now one
edge on my ex-new Nitro is quite notably out of shape. I have
hand tools (sharpening file and diamond stone), but I only used
them for getting the edges sharp, not deburring. How do I go
about it? I'll need to take out at least 10% of the edge from the
side to make it reasonably close to perfect (there will still be some
bumps left, but not a lot), and I'm worried that I won't be able to
do it evenly with just a hand tool. And I don't even have a vice
to get the board into a position that's comfortable for working on
that edge. I'll try to come up with something though because
it looks like I'll just ruin the edge no matter how careful I'll be.

Anyway, if someone here has experience doing this kind of work,
please share!

Thanks!
