Foursquare PL tech jacket and arm2arm jacket sizing/feedback

I'm thinking about buying one of these, either the Foursquare PL tech
or the light insulated arm to arm vent jacket. Does anyone have any
experience with these?

Also, I can't find any sizing info anywhere. I wear a size 40 suit and
usually a medium jacket. Would a Large size be too big? Does
Foursquare stuff run large or small?
