By mistake I have ironed Swix baseprep in the kick zone. I later found
out that this should be used in the glide zones. What should i do
now??

I believe you would use 100 grit sandpaper to sand your kick zone.

Scrape and brush as much out as possible, wipe clean, use masking tape
to cover the beginning (borders) of the glide zones for protection, use
wax remover on the kick zone, let dry, lightly sand the kick zone
(100-180 grit), wipe the residue off, rewax with kick wax. For help
with the latter, look for example at http://rideandglide.bizland.com/ --
choose the Waxing 101 article on the left.
