Soft Boots?
I just got back from two days of good skiing at Mt Rose and took a peek at
these Rossignol boots a fellow skier was wearing. They have leather (or something leather looking) in portions and are called soft boots. I hadn't seen these before, but the skier, who was quite good, say they have saved his legs a lot of pain. Has anyone else tried these soft boots out? I'm interested because sometimes my knees just kill me. Friday, for example. After two hours of skiing mostly blues, they ached. My knees felt pretty good today and I skied longer. But, back to the boots....I'm just curious, because he did mention that the boots I have, Lange, are the hardest on the legs. Any thoughts? Martha |

They never really caught on. Here's a little blurb:

AND boots would have nothing to do with knee pain unless you are extremely mis-aligned ie knock-kneed or bow legged - then boot adjustments to address cant angle might help. |

That article was great as well. I appreciate it! Martha |
