I could do it before the age of 10.

10 year old kids may do it for its fearless and stupidity. The real
question is can you do it now? Yes, let's see it.

I can do it on one leg. Unfortunately (and I realize this is probably to
hard for you to grasp), this is *summer*. The ski season is over and the
golf season is in full swing.

Is that how you spend your days on the slopes ? It's almost as if you
spend more time going horizontal to the ''fall-line'' then you do
actually going down it.

Ahh, got one, that's quick.

LoL...Okaaaayyyy, and now please explain how holding your arms
horizontally and sticking your skis together and pointing them down
the hill is unique and remarkable in ANY context whatsoever ?

As opposed to Chai Tea skiing ? Nothing special about pointing your
skis down the hill and "making french fries"...It's just not a big
deal...sorry to inject that reality into your fantasy-filled ego-trip.

What so funny,

You.

can you do it?

Yes, IS, I can...and so can nearly any fool on a pair of skis. IT'S
NOT SPECIAL.

I was doing it at 8 or 9 at Vail. I will occasionally resort to such
elemental skiing toward the end of a very long day on the
slopes...when I am exausted and want to give my legs muscles a bit of
a rest. So IS, I did at 8, and have been doing it for the last 20
years...when I'm feeling lazy. Shame that you feel the need to post
video of elemental, mindless, skill-less, and lazy skiing.

You only think you can, but no, don't think that you can track a
"straight line" on two legs, let alone on leg.

Late bloomer.

You almost make me think you're serious. But really, now, that's a
pretty wimpy slope AND the skier is standing upright with arms
outstretched, so wind drag makes it impossibly to pick up much speed.

"Wind drag" slows down the gravity acceleration? Fancy.

Try tucking to enjoy a fall line schuss. Also try a steeper slope.

That would be a different run, wouldn't it?

Sorry for your conceited little knowledge. The big deal is that modern
[edge based] skiing cannot track a "straight line." So, it is really
big deal to see if you can do it.

What so funny,

You.

Yup, if you don't laugh, I'm not real.

Not until you can prove it, (video clips?), a gapper's "can" remains a
gapper's assessment--a "can" of worms.

Yes, an 8 or 9 year old kid may do it for its fearless and stupidity,
and with its small size, there's no skill required.

I will occasionally resort to such
elemental skiing toward the end of a very long day on the
slopes...when I am exausted and want to give my legs muscles a bit of
a rest. So IS, I did at 8, and have been doing it for the last 20

28? We do have a kid here (not that I haven't figured it out earlier);
nevertheless, don't think you can do it now. Clips? (What, no clips?
That's what makes a gapper.)

Shame that you feel the need to post
video of elemental, mindless, skill-less, and lazy skiing.

Shame that at 28, you have already exhausted all your potentials.

No, I call myself a skier. It is a ski forum, do you ski? Are you
lost? Or just lost your mind?
