Thanks a bunch for posting this and thanks to all who continue to seed
it.

I've had a problem that I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered.
When I try and play this file, all I get is audio. I've tried the my
Windows media player and my Divx player. Neither will give me the
video. Further, when I tried to copy it to a DVD, Nero gives me an
error and won't load it. I've started to download it a second time
just in case the feed hiccuped in the middle of the process. But I
thought I'd check and see if this problem has occured to anyone else.
And if so, do you have any advice for me.

Hey Andy,
I can offer 2 solutions to your problem.
1. It sounds like you already have the Divx codec installed, I'm not sure how this was encoded but try installing the Xvid codec too.
2. Try playing the file using VLC player. It's free to download and by far the best around since it has all the popular codec's built into the player.
If this doesn't work I'm not sure what is wrong.

I've also got a problem.

for the codec(s), and then tells me that it can't play the file because
one or more of the codecs is not found.

So I found and downloaded "XviD 1.1.2 Stable 628KB", and then executed
it, which installed "Xvid".

When I try to open the file with Windows Media Player 10, the same
problem occurred.

BTW, I had no problem opening the Dusseldorf Sprints file a month or so
ago.

I have the same codec problem with WMP 11 and Media Player Classic,
giving audio only. But as doogiski suggested, it plays fine with VLC.

I finally had the chance to watch this yesterday, having never seen any
of it except highlight-reel stuff and NBC's "The Great Race" story from
the last Olympics. It was a fantastic race: Albarello's leg was
amazing. I'd like to hear more about the EPO allegations, though...
Anything substantiated with a ban? Or is this just Norsk kvetching?
(Spending my holiday with a family full of Norwegian-Americans in one
of the most Norwegian towns in the U.S., I'm familar with the
activity.)
