Hypothetical question...
.... Just wondering, if say you were told that there was going to be one last
winter of fantastic snow but then global warming meant there'd never be enough snow to ski ever again, and you were only allowed to go to one resort, where would you pick? Mine would have to be Courchevel. But I haven't been to many. Anyone? A.D. |

Val d'Isere. But I would have to take a bus load of pro plus and red bull with me, and have the next fortnight off work. -- Pete Devlin [{//////news03//////at\\\\\secondrow/////co\\\\\uk}] Give me a woman who loves beer and I will conquer the world. After all you can catch up in the forthcoming years. And, of course, you will find the off piste route to La Plagne and naturally it is only a short bus ride from the Bozel valley up to Courchevel. This being the perfect year you can of course do all those runs marked below the resorts that are never in fact open (La Bon, for example). Oh well it is a pleasant fantasy. I doubt we will ever get that fantastic year of snow and if we did for some reason I will miss it. John |
