Telling time on the slopes
POHB wrote: wrote: I've employed this useful system on occasion, particularly for night sessions. Yesterday, however, my son had a basketball game scheduled for the evening and kept asking me what time it was so we would be sure to leave early enough. So what you really needed was to know when it was a specific time, not to be able to tell the time in general. Set an alarm on your mobile phone, then you don't need to remember to keep checking. I could try that, but I don't think I would hear the alarm go off in the parking lot when I am on the hill. Joe Ramirez |
