Nice thing about Santa Fe is that you can go skiing one day, go hiking

Can't do that in Tremblant. I suppose you could in Salt Lake City; but
we would much rather see New Mexico.

"Two years ago I mowed my lawn twice" tells you a lot. It can be whatever you can imagine. Apart from what some would like you to believe, it naturally gets warmer and colder with no reliable prediction or pattern. A 100 year history is really NO history at all. So you're just going to have to go somewhere and have fun.

I went to L.A. a couple of weeks ago and didn't take golf clubs, didn't go to a concert, or fly onto a different exotic location. We stayed in a Crown Plaza, ate well, went to a couple of fancy shopping centers (I'm not a shopper)and even to Solvang, a "Danish" village near Santa Barbara. It was fun!

I've been to New Mexico. Santa Fe was ok for me. But White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns were more dramatic. I lived in a town very similar to Santa Fe at the time. That may have made it less desirable?

I'm still thinking Moab give you the most of what you are looking for. You can book your room on the way from the plane if SLC sucks. But if it's dumping? You stay in SL? Just go. Make sure to ask the wife what she wants too :-)

What? You didn't take golf clubs? I sure hope you took your banjo.

I took an appetite, a vow to relax, and a pocket full of money. Rented a movie, drove around with no particular schedule, and saw some unique things like the Tesla store in the mall, Rodeo Dr, a ride up the coast.......

I'm approaching 20 rounds this year. Not too bad for living where I do. How's your game? Have you seen that thing you wear on your belt, tap your clubs to and it records your game and shows in on an aerial shot of the course? Looks kinda cool, but kinda gimmicky too. But for $250 it's cheap enough to try? 30 day money back too.

Yeah, the mall. I haven't been in one for ten years.

20 rounds this year? How is that possible? The glacier still covers
the North American continent. Are you playing indoor golf?

I've had a Bushnell golf GPS for years. It's got all my favorite
courses programmed in. Here and in Florida. I wouldn't golf without
it.

I'm not a mall fan either. This was in the Wilshire District, outdoor, and dignified for a mall. Not your basic welfare recipient hangout.

Well I got 6 rounds in Thailand in Jan. And have some that the round started with temps around 40. But our club is paid by the year. So we're paying for it anyway....

I have the SGX. I don't really need it a the clubs I know well. It helps to show hidden hazards on new clubs and distances to where I am unfamiliar. I love it though. But this is different. It might be something else you have to **** with out there. But it might be fun too?

Say that in perso9n, pussy.

Okay, meet me here Thursday at 8am...

http://www.swedish.org/services/beha...ns/cherry-hill

Make sure to scream, cry, bring your firearm, threaten me. Hey try to
assault me when I called you a brain damage catamite... Here is your
chance to use lethal force against me because I am such an imminent threat
to brain damage catamites. You can use all your Vietnam combat training,
when you got down hand to hand..

You can also look in the mirror, and see you through your coke bottled
glasses, your pudgy frontal lobe brain damage self, with no need of words..

Even at a course you know well it really helps out. It's nice to know
when you are 150 yds from the green or 160. It makes a difference
when placing your ball on the green.

Is SkiSantaFe likely to be decent the first week of April?

The local resort (Bristol Mountain) says they will stay open until 4/6, and given the weather forecast, it might be okay the whole way through. Two years ago I mowed my lawn twice already by now.

We are going to shoot for Breckinridge/Moab in early March next year. I appreciate all the help.

We are going to Charleston SC this year. No skiing, but maybe I will go up to Whiteface when I get home.
