ischgl advice about apres ski
I would like to know more about the apres ski places to visit in Ischgl.
Please tell me which places are hot, where the scandinavians hang out and where the german after ski takes place. Is it all in the village or also on the piste? Thank you |

All over the town would be about the best description....it can be a bit mad. Don't forget to go toboganning on either a Monday (or I think they do it on Thursday as well). Funniest thing you'll do all year. Get your lift ticket (your normal lift pass doesn't cover it) & rent yr Tobogan from the main lift station in the Village. You go up to the middle station, eat, drink some / a lot and then ride yr Tobogan back to the Village - 950 M virtical drop, about 8 km in length I believe. Most fun when there are about 6 or 8 of you. rgds I. |

You can sit on first floor, with your feets dangling through the fence. In Kitzlock you dance on the tables (in your ski boots) to traditional disco music. Occational they have table sliding (big men, naked upper boddy, tables in line, lots of beer). Was there a DJ? I met quite a few scandinavians there in week 11. They however both close at 8 pm (can't figure out why). Get there no later than 4:30, as they fills quickly. For later evening/night action, there is the Kuh Stahl. Traditional disco, quet boring, unless you are a group. Have fun |
