Anyone not wearing a seat belt is a complete idiot. They behave as if
laws of physics don't apply to them, LOL.

Sure... ...so what?

People are allowed to take foolish risks with their own safety.

Too bad you didn't allow yourself to take a foolish risk and show up
at Whistler. Or lie to SPD.
You're insane, but you're not crazy, you pathetic wimp.

As big a drain as children that people cannot afford?

18 years?

Do those with the serious trama to the head often end up in public
spreading their filth on everything that they touch and ruining the
ambiance of everywhere that has any?

I paid cash for my house rather than borrowing money and getting a
payment that I could not afford. Now my money is gone into the house
and those that acted more irresponsibly are going to get bailed out.

If I decide to ski without a helmet, which I do, I think I've more
than made up for it. There are multitudes that act much more
irresponsibly than I do that I foot the bill for. **** 'em.

Makes a ton of sense for kids, but simultaneously I hate the fact that
government once again intrudes in our private lives and tells us what
we can and cannot do
I bought my kids helmets after one of them slid off the edge of a
trail and down through a grove of trees on an icy day at Big Bear.
The day after we got them, the other son hit his head on a lift chair
frame, and the only injury was a scratch on the helmet.

But no one told me I HAD to do it.

Oh yeah they do. Don't you know it is illegal to wear helmet and drive
in a car in California?

No, Chai-tea, I've never heard that. Can you actually provide a
reference for that?

You can twist the DMV code by using the rule that your ears my not be
covered or blocked from hearing. That was my impression how you could
justify ticket wearing a helmet. It covers headphones and ear buds. I
just drove back from mid-ohio and why is the car in the left lane going
less than the speed limit and talking on the phone? I think left lane
phone users should wear helmets and Hans safety devices which prevents
neck injuries from helmets during crashes but basically keeps your head
in one place.
This way they could focus on driving.

Thompson, there are times that your stupidity truly boggles the mind.

Do those with the serious trama to the head often end up in public

Do you? You sure spread your filth here. Never in public where I
happen to be, though. Sure would have been fun if you tried to ruin
the ambience at Temple Square or Deer Valley.
Ooooops, forgot. That nut injury again.

I paid cash for my house rather than borrowing money and getting a

What the **** does this have to do with using a helmet? STOP DRINKING
YOUR BREAKFAST!!!!!

I am not surprised you ski without a helmet. Apparently without
balls, too. Especially when I am in town.

The stipulation is that you cannot drive with both ears covered in
California; wearing helmet maybe legal (laws have no mention on
wearing a helmet while driving in a car), but you may still get cited
too.

Did you know the word "gullible" is misspelled in most dictionaries?

That sounds pretty gullible stipulation.

There is nothing in the California Vehicle Code that prohibits wearing
a helmet while driving any vehicle.

So you were making it up.

You got a problem with people making up outright lies, especially
defamatory lies?
Funny it took you so long to complain, given your disgusting history
of lying about me.
Hey, ppppuuuuuussssssyyyyy? A couple months ago you stated
unequivocally, without any evidence whatsoever, that I had been
convicted of a felony. When challenged on your outright lie, you
waffled and weaseled and took no responsibility for being busted lying
your dickless ass off. Indeed, you defended your right to make up any
lie you wanted to make up as long as you believed your lies were true.
In another example of truly magnificent hypocrisy, you criticize
others for a minor inconsistency.
I am unsurprised.

There are provisions in the Washington Criminal Code that prohibit
lying to police officers and making false allegations.
I would LOVE to discuss this with the SPD officer you claim to have
contacted.
Contact info?

However, there is nothing illegal about chickening out of a meet by
inventing an EMERGENCY SOCCER GAME!!!!!!!
