Default Where to find large binding straps?

I have a pair of Sims bindings. I like them, but the pad part of the
front binding strap stops at about the middle of my foot. So when I
ratchet it down, it pinches my foot and makes it go numb. I couldn't
see anything on Sims site to contact them. Any ideas?
