And who besides Bode even won a World Cup in the above lists, won a World Cup in his or her discipline? Mahre did, iirc, and anyone else? Overall World Cup winner? Miller has, like Maier did for a couple years? Winning the overall FIS World Cup is IMHO, a greater achievment than a gold medal. Phil won several. Phuby also left out McKinney, who was a WC champion. He doesn't even know how to make his own point. No one has ever said that Miller is a bad skier but if you can look me in the face and tell me he's a true champion-then you need to have your head examined. Take a look - no lice. Still have honest hair. No pattern balding, even. Pretty good head, if you ask me. Cualquiera que, Personally I think the only true champions are skiers who ski off 60-65 degree ice climbing routes. Most of them are dead, unfortunately. Might be related. |
