Majored in sciences in college - Biology, Chemistry and Physics - even had a molecular biology course taught by a former German Nazi (youth) and a Micro biology course taught by a dude who works with the Dept of Defense (Biological Warfare Defense) among others. (In all probably close to 100 course hours in the sciences). I've done some work for the Space Telescope Science Institute (the people who administer time on the Hubble) - some of those astronomers you've seen on TV had to submit time requests through me (however, unlike Mr. Doofus - the only astrophysics I've picked up is through a couple of books - never really experienced the concept of "expertise by association" Long story short - I've never heard of Art Helton nor anyone else he's mentioned outside of Coombs.
