Default 191 Right Size ?

I am looking at some used Rossignol Bandit X Freeride 191cm skiis.
Wondering if they are the right size for me. Last year, I skiied on
shaped, rented 176cm skiis - largest they had at the rental shop. I
used to own 203" straight skiis. I am 6' 2", 220 lbs. and ski high
intermediate. Mostly looking for an all around ski to have fun on (fun
= go fast, do moguls, turn relatively easily, 90% on groomed terrain).
Anyone have recommendations ? (I can't try them ... no snow here yet &
need to make a decision).

Well, you sound about my age ... and you are dead on regarding the
pride thing. It was the same in the crowd I skiied with. And you're
right too, that 203's (yes ... CM) made the bumps a lot of work.

The rental 176's were ok. They got me down the hill. They worked on
the groomed slopes ... maybe not as fast as I would have liked, but
worked ok. I am hoping something that is not a ski-area beat-up rental
will be "better." My kids snowboard and think I am hopelessly uncool
anyway by being on skis, so no one really to impress. (I tried the
snowboard thing, fell a few times and my lower back has never been the
same).

Anyway, not out to buy 191's necessarily, just looking at some used
ones that are for sale that happen to be that size and don't want to by
the wrong thing.
