Courcheval or Tignes ?
"Joe Hunt" wrote in message ... Hi all, I've been to Tignes two years on the trot and have had fantastic skiing both times. Do I risk changing venue to Courcheval next Feb !? Any comments on this resort ? TIA, Joe I think you may have gathered by now that both have adequate lift systems. One point worth thinking about is that if you happen to hit snowy/ stormy weather there is a fair bit more skiing below the tree line in Courchevel. I have never had a problem in Tignes for more than a day but I know of people who have been there and barely had any lifts open for the week because of storms. Skiing is excellent in both places so why not try somewere new. Bob |
