bolo-board/roller board???
I am thinking of buying a bolo board to improve my balance for the upcoming
season (ski-touring for me). Will this be tremendously good as I am hoping? gr

Can't hurt, and I bet it could help a lot.
There's also the round thing with the balance point in the middle. That might be something to look into. Some of them have a way of changing the degree of balance skill necessary to keep them balanced, and there are more "planes" with the round thing.
