This is almost exactly the opositite to my experience, (in Europe) I would
Would rate Queing as follows

1) France mostly good natured, Little pushing
2) Italy Lots of good natured pushing
3) Spain (well the spanish in andorra) It's a queue? I should be at the
front.
99) Austria What's a queue? get out of my way!

Haven't you read the talking points? Don't *ever* point out that
American's are more civilized then Europeans. We're only s'posed to talk
about how uncivilized, hate mongering, and evil they are. Forget the
fact that folks from all over the world try to move there. America is
the worst place on earth. Worst economy, worst technology, worst
schools, worst health care, worst everything. It's just downright evil.

Now back to the some of the greatest snow on earth.
