The authorities got to run the grand jury, decide how evidence would be presented... ...and got the result they wanted. I tried to tell you about the responsible black residents that witnessed the event. I tried to tell you about the lack of shots to the back and forensics that didn't match "eyewitness" reports. This entire thing has come down just as I was saying when this thread started. And now we know how he got shot in the top of the head. That Officer Wilson is a very good shot. I'd love for him to work in my neighborhood. Officer Wilson is a good shot? He fired at least 12 times (12 empty cartridges are listed in the grand jury evidence) and hit his target 3 to 5 times, one of which was while the target's hand was in the police car. According to his own testimony, he didn't hit the man until he was within close range. Read this: http://www.vox.com/2014/11/25/7281165/darren-wilsons-story-side Personally, I agree with the columnist. :-) Don't forget the second part - http://www.vox.com/2014/11/25/728744...-johnson-story Again, I broadly agree with the column: Johnson is almost certainly shading the truth in certain areas... ....but he has little reason to lie about the important parts. And then there's this: http://www.vox.com/xpress/2014/11/25/7285265/darren-wilson-grand-jury/in/7041840 It seems the prosecuting attorneys were only acting the witnesses who contradicted Wilson's account where there were discrepancies between their testimony and physical evidence... ....but Wilson got a complete pass. |

A group of liberal hacks who go out of their way to support kotus agenda. Why doesn't Canada just invite these rioters and MB types up there to ignore laws, attack cops, and sponge of working people (you're one of those aren't you?)? We don't have any laws keeping them here. |

In general coverage of the original accounts and their revised versions once advised that their versions were impossible due to forensic evidence. Along with the consistency of those supporting the officers version and support by forensic evidence. If I find it again I'll post it. But getting ready to get dressed and thank-give. The golf course has cleared. I might go chip a few balls. |

The golf course has cleared. I might go chip a few balls. The officer's version was inconsistent in several important places, Bob. Only... ...the supposed "prosecuting" attorneys didn't press him on any of it. Case in point: Wilson claimed he was hit twice "full in the face" so hard that he claimed that he feared he would be knocked out by another punch... ....only the medical report on his "injuries" didn't mention any bruising of his face... ....at all. |
