uppity African Americans are starting it... I always see Libertarians so
adamant in defending the Second Amendment of the US Constitution not
because it is a good amendment, (it is a very poorly written and
embarrassing amendment) but because they are so paranoid of anyone that
isn't white..

It is disturbing that anyone writes that they agree with Charles Manson, or
thinks there is a race war going on.

It's disturbing to me that anyone disagrees with the second amendment.
It is clearly written and easily understood. The right of the people
to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Well now you know better too.

Wait, what? You say that Cosby offers race-tainted rants AND seems to
understand equality? I sense some sort of contradiction in there somewhere.

I think there IS a sort of "race war", but that as long as the "army"
complains that going to school, getting a job, acting responsibly, etc.
is "acting white" then it's fragging its own soldiers.

Barkley said essentially the same thing recently. I guess he's racist now too?

That is my tragic flaw. I apologize for my syntax problems..
Read this:

I'll grant that for some Libertarians, it raises our hackles a little
when some people claim to be much more "equal" than we are. I would
next refer you to Bill Cosby's race-tainted rants, because he seems
to understand the concept of equality and equal opportunity better
than almost anybody else in America.

Depends. Are you talking about Barkley's "crabs in a barrel" remark? If so, then it's not necessarily racist, because the "crabs in a barrel" paradigm applies in a lot of places, including right here in RSA, where AFAIK everybody is white.

And Mr. Scott Abraham is the lowest crab in the barrel.

Sorry... ...but that is far from supported, let alone proven.

How about now?

Nope. The evidence presented equally supports the contention that he

Inside the officers car? Wow! That's a good one.

You have to examine both accounts of the incident.

The one by Michael Brown's friend has the officer grabbing Brown by the
neck, and so, yes: Brown could have been defending himself.

Strangely enough... ...well, perhaps to you... ...an officer of the law
is not allowed to just grab you.

No. That's the point.

No?

The "sharptons" of the world were there on the ground when it happened
and caught on video tape saying that Brown had his hands up?

http://edition.cnn.com/2014/09/10/us/ferguson-michael-brown-shooting-witnesses/

The ones with anti police sentiments? The ones who's descriptions don't
add up to the forensic evidence?

In what way don't they "add up"?

You're suggesting that this was a "sharpton"?
Those were the people on the ground.

Apparently there are 8 black witnesses testifying that the officers
version is what happened. They don't want to be identified, fearing for
their safety.

Riiiiiiiight.

Sorry, I bet you wish this thread had gone away?

Your position has been that Officer Wilson is guilty of murder. I say
not. We'll have to wait and see. I have the advantage that a
determination of murder is more than likely racially motivated and a
result of our social democrat regime.

My position is that Officer Wilson shot someone when that person was
standing with his arms raised.

And I don't see how that would be an "advantage"...

Cmon Alan, you never have nothing to say?
