Default Bode wins Super-G

Well Mr Miller is 3 for 3 so far this season.

NOVEMBER 28, 2004

BODE MILLER TAKES HISTORIC SUPER G WIN
LAKE LOUISE, Alberta (Nov. 28) — Bode Miller (Franconia, NH) made
history Sunday, winning the World Cup super G in Lake Louise and
becoming only the fourth man in history to win in each of the five
disciplines. The win completed a weekend sweep of the speed events in
Lake Louise, and left Miller undefeated in three World Cups going into
this week's Visa Birds of Prey World Cup in Beaver Creek, Colo. Only the
great Marc Girardelli, Norway's Kjetil Andre Aamodt and Pirmin
Zurbriggen of Switzerland have won in all five events.

And the good-but-not-great Guenther Mader.

1 Downhill win
6 Super Gs
2 GSs
1 SL
4 Combineds

If you want to get all pushy and count the Parallel Slalom as another
discipline, Aamodt has won in *six* disciplines.

Oops, my bad: he only ever finished second in a Parallel Slalom.

Never mind.
