I don't see the method in the madness in any investment in San
Bernardino Ski areas at this moment. If there is water rights or a source
of water involved, then it is understandable. Why would Mammoth Mountain
management pick the coals out of the fire for someone if they don't get
control of revenue, and under contract or have a say on development of the
area,(where the money would be made or loss) , that could be a money loser
for the company, (overhead for the operations supersedes annual contract
pay out)
