Training Week November 3-11
Mon-Off Tue-1:20 Road bike ride Level 2(of 4) Wed-1:15 Run w/6 intervals of 3:15 (3 min rest) level 4 Thu- 1 hr rollerski double pole. Level 2/3 Fri-Unplanned, but much needed day off Sat-2:15 bike ride, with 6x8min Lactate Threshold intervals Sun-3 hr bike ride, a bit harder than planned, level 2 Week: 9 hours. The best workout was the rollerski. I felt really good and felt like the technique that I was trying to work came together really well. the level 4 intervals were good times too.
