Please see the attached link for news about XC skiing in WNY and NE
PA. Allegany State Park has purchased equioment for trail grooming.

That's great. There used to be someone on rsn who reported regularly
about Allegheny, or somewhere in PA, but conditions seemed very hit and
miss. I guess the change in weather pattern that's sending snow through
the lower midwest is really working out well for the Allegheny park
region.

Don't intend to rain on your parade. If there is any chance return
your groomer and track setters. I had a Snow Master 48" with snow
razor and wings. For a little more money you can get the YTS West
Yellowstone Ginzo Groomer. It does everything a Snow Master can't do.
The Snow Master's Snow Razor is useless in hard pack and the track
setters are a real disapointment because you can't lift them in in
fast turns and downhills when you don't want tracks. The Ginzo's
spring loaded vertical knives work almost as well as a power tiller on
a Pisten Bully and the track setter lifts with an electric actuator.
If it's not to late cut you loses and you will have world class tracks
with a little more capital spent.
