Well drop a few pounds, buy some stripperwear, get all gussied up, and

then reply. Until then, we don't have a whole lot to talk about.

No, guess not.

See, there's that thing about how to define an arab again. So it's not
enought to be semitic, there must be religion involved?

Arab is an ethnic term, and not a religious one. Arabs speak and write
Arabic.

Okay, so you can be a christian arab, but not a jewish arab?

Quite correct, many Arabs, for instance Palestinians and Lebanese, are in
fact Christians, but of course only a small minority among them. The vast
majority of Arabs is Muslim. And theoretically you can be an Arabic Jew, if
you are an ethnic Arab, belonging to the Jewish faith, but I have never
actually heard of one yet. If an originally Christian or Muslim Arab from
let us say Palestine or Jordan converts to Judaism, if the Jews allow him
to, which is less likely, he will become an Arabic Jew. If it can be done in
real life, I cannot really say, but it is fully theoretically possible, I
reckon. But a Jew converting to Islam? He will become a Muslim, not a Muslim
Jew, I think, and definitely not an Arab. There are also quite a few
Christian Jews, called Messiahan Jews, I think it is, meaning Jews believing
that Jesus Christ is their long awaited Messiah and Savior, and in the New
Testament. The other Jews are still waiting for their Messiah and Savior to
come, you see.

Thanks. Perhaps I will when I find the time. But i had not realized that

all americans are white. Do Fox News viewers just think
Condoleeza Rice and Colin Powell have nice tans.

Do you mean that they both in fact are n*****s?? No, it cannot be,
impossible!! No n*****s are Republicans!! They are all Democrats, are they
not?? And in GWBs administration!! unbelievable!! I am deeply shocked and
appalled. I thought that they both came from Florida, or California, or
maybe even from Hawaii.

(A lot of smileys!!)

Inger, you are correct: neither of them are Norwegians.

degrading and offensive.

Too bad for them I guess. That's the name on the maps I read.

"pastyskinned herring-bloated whale-killer' norsemen?

Yeah, thats us. And herring is indeed good for your health. We eat a lot of
herring, just like the Swedes also do.

Don't forget the Dutch. They pound down a lot of those little suckers too. I
like to get about 4 of them with diced onions.

Please, let's not lose sight of the useful beauty of stereotyping and
pigeonholing. If we can't goof on 'arabs' as all those brownish
suicide-bombing dishtowel-hat folk over there, how will we ever be
able to goof on merkins as 'all those loud obese ronaldmcdonalds" or
you Australian "drunken criminal sheepherders"; not to mention those
"slopeshouldered dental-impared" brits and "pastyskinned
herring-bloated whale-killer' norsemen?

You have to remember that it's only politically incorrect to stereotype
non-white people. So you can go ahead and keep going on Americans,

Was it really necessary to say White Americans? Or do you think context might do
it for you. Had I meant your two examples I would have had to say
africanAmericans wouldn't I?

Is that one of those bizarre maps that puts the americas in the center
and cuts eurasia in half? Those things are really hard to use. My
world map has Japan in the center.

I assume you've seen the one that has New York in the center...

Is the North Pole at the top?
