Salomon Equipe 10 Ski Bases?

I'm considering picking up a pair of Salomon Equipe 10 Classic Skis.
However after reading some recent posts about Salomon bases not being
up to par with other brands I'm concerned. For example one writer said
to expect to get lots of black base marerial picked up during
scraping. Also bases my be of better quality depending on which
company manufactured it for Salomon. Any information would e greatly
appreciated.

Contact Zach. Do you like the Salomon classic skis? I found them
clunky, unexceptional, but to each their perferences.
