Espace Killy - just back

I'll keep this brief. We've just got back after a week from the 23rd
December, staying in La Daille. Conditions were said to be pretty ropey
before we left but picked up no end during the snow over the weekend before
Christmas. We skiied over to Tignes and down past the dam to Breviere on
the 1st day and found almost perfect conditions all the way - wonderful. It
snowed again on Christmas day which made it even better and then again a day
or so later (lost track of time and cannot say when). We found a few odd
stomes and thin patches but overall tghe resort is in good shape. Anybody
going this weekend will have a truly great time. I'd be pleased to
recommend the Ski Beat chalet Crystal - superb location opposite the slopes,
warm, spacious and good staff & food.
