2002 K2 AXIS X Skis (174cm) with Salomon S921 Ti Pe2 bindings

K2 AXIS X Skis:
107-70-97
2002 Skiing Magazine Buyers Guide had the following to say about the
Ski:
"The Axis X tied for the No. 1 overall score. Why ironic? Because the
Axis X is the same ski as last year's medal-winning Mod X, minus the
name and graphics. Why the change? No idea, but we still like it. Mmm,
mmm good! said Pelletier. These loved spring soupand laughed in the
face of bump trenches. Sweet! Indeed, this big-mountain, high-energy
turner can take you anywhere you want to go, smoothly, energetically,
dynamically. Charger, Livran said of this powerful, dual-core wonder.
Especially nice if you like a wicked-fast turn. Carmichael liked the
Axis X for crud and off-piste. And a strong tail makes it good for
quick turns on harder snow. Quick, aggressive; No. 1 in Short Turns
and Rebound Energy. No. 2 in Stability."

S912 Ti Pe2 Bindings:
Versatile interface meant to provide equal measures of lift, rebound
and damping. It is lightweight ( grams) and makes the ski damp. A
good fit for All Mountain Expert skiers and racers.
Hard to find high end binding (I suspect that some folks may want to
buy these skis just to get the bindings)

Condition:
Used, but still in great condition.
Tops have some scratches, but still have a nice glossy finish. No
delamination or any thing major like that.
Bases where tuned last seasons. Still in great shape. Skis come with
a fresh hot wax.
Bindings are in perfect working order

MSRP $750 (skis), $345 (bindings)

Selling for $250
