Just want to second Mike's recommendation about bomberonline. It's a
great resource.

But do they have any decent recommendations for one-piece outfits?

Yes, bomberonline is a great resource, its technical articles
are very useful. I also found http://www.alpinecarving.com/
a great summary of online carving resources.

When it comes to buying I found the best deals on ebay.
You have to check frequently though, since there are times
when there's nothing there. Create a "snowboard carv*" search
there, and check it daily.

In your case you'll probably be best off buying the whole set
(board, boots, and bindings) at once. Just make sure boots
are your size, and go with the free-carver board (as opposed
to racing gear, much harder to learn on). I bought equipment
this way for myself and my daughter this year, and am very
satisfied.

Good luck carving!

Thanks for the info guys....

Can I use regular ski boots with one of these boards or is that
considered ghetto?

greg

PS Outback opened at Keystone Wednesdat...not half bad at all...could
use some more white stuff though.

There's a whole thread on that on Bomber.
