Default Cleaning Goggle Lens?

The lens on my Oakley A Frames are a mess! I've tried cleaning them
with the cloth bag they came in (this is what Oakley recommends), but
they are still dirty. Will washing the lens with soap and water hurt
them (i.e. remove any fog-proof coating)?

1) wipe really gently with a soft cloth with a diluted soap solution.
2) rinse with water
3) pad dry.
if it fogs up, just buy the anti-fog wipes available at most resorts

I wiped the reflective coating off my bolle's in france last week.
Dont know why but until I wiped all of it off boarding was a bit
interesting.

This was without detergents etc BTW

The inside of these lenses are *really* soft. Follow these steps and be very
careful and gentle. The outside lense is more durable but you still need to
careful, especially with coated lenses.

I'd suggest putting them up on your helmet (not a sweaty head or cap - that
makes it worse) until they clear up, and lose a layer of clothing. The
A-frames flow air pretty well. But nothing will help fogging goggles if
you're generating too much body heat.
