where to buy discount lift tickets for Whistler?
7-11 stores in Vancouver and Squamish sell discount lift tickets. The
sshop in Squamish is by the McDonalds / Esso sation at the main traffic lights Coroprate lift tickets are cheaper but you need to buy 100+ if these, so unless you know a group that gets these that is not a practical options. Depending upon on how days you are skiing you might be better off getting an express pass. See the Whistler website for more details. Although this doesn't affect you, both the 7-11 tickets and Express pass state that they are only for residents of B.C. and Washington state. I have no idea whether they ever enforce that. I will be driving from Seattle, so any place on the way would be option for me. Thanks. -ping |
