Recomendatyions and A question
Well its the height of summer, though you may not realise it if you
are in the uk My mind has of course set to planning next years ski trip. It looks like I may be able to convince a largish group of friends to come with me! (around 12 of us) We are a mixed bunch from no-ski to off piste always and from rich to poor. We want a chalet with someone to cook for us. Preferably a hot tub and the like. Where in Europe should I be looking for reasonably priced deals, in areas that will cater for diverse levels of ability, and have good ski schools? As an aside I was also wondering what sort of gym work people do to help there skiing. Just general gym work (i find it too dull to stick too!) or is some sort of yoga/Pilates helpful? I currently cycle about 100 miles a week, my legs are ok, but my upper body and flexibility is almost zero. Thanks for ideas! Fragg |

I do lots of weights/running etc in the gym but have never found anything
better than cycling, especially interval training on an excerise bike which puts the same "burn" into the quad muscles. Spinning classes are excellent. "Fraggle" wrote in message om...
