Default Buying a Leaseback

HI,

I'm thinking of buying a leaseback property in the Alps, possibly
Meribel. We would more than likely use it once during the winter and
for a few weeks during the summer.

Has anyone bought into leaseback property scheme? How did it work out
in terms of rental return / capital appreciation? Did the management
fees increase over time and if so by approximately how much? Basically,
is it worth the hassle?

Thanks,

Dave
