I've heard rumors that the main reason for this status (Jules) is no
longer true: Jules has left to work for a WC squad or some such thing.

I'm in Chamonix in Jan and have always suspected my boots maybe 1/2 or 1
size too big, so I'd like an honest opinion on the fit.


There is a person in the know on this and other particulars regarding
Chamonix: Yugi who's a Switzerland-based regular on
telemarktips.com/telemarktalk. I'd ask there; I'm confident you'll find a
shop that you're happy with, though, as I've never been to another place
with so many competent ski-techs.
