Morzine / Avoriaz at Xmas

Hi,

What is Morzine / Avoriaz like for skiing around Xmas (last week of
December)?

I know that the weather is unpredictable, but is there likely to be
snow around Avoriaz at this time?

You're praticly sure to find snow around Xmas in Avoriaz. The resort is very
good. Unfortunately the situation is different for Morzine, it's not so
high.
You should phone Avoriaz Reservation to find something.
Try Morzine Reservatio, they may have accomodation in Avoriaz at 00 33 4 50

I have been there last year with christmas. Allthough conditions were
generally bad around that period, Avoriaz had more than enough.
I must say it was pretty crowded though, also because lower pistes
were closed.
On the other hand, the area is very nice.
