Good'n'bad cholesterol, ratios, etc. ...
The last I checked, mine was 128LDL/63HDL. Now, I guess both numbers are
kind of high, with the HDL being higher than desired as well (normal being something like 30-60), but with the result being a great ratio. I had some fancy sports med people once tell me mine was a no-worries situation, but someone recently said I should get it rechecked and that there is such a thing as too much "good" cholesterol. Well, I suppose all things in moderation... So anyone here know if it's the total or the ratio or a little of both, etc.? -- Jeff Potter **** *Out Your Backdoor * http://www.outyourbackdoor.com publisher of do-it-yourself culture ... bikes, skis, boats & more! ... ... offering Vordenberg's XC ski tales in "Momentum"! ... ... Jeff,
The total should be less than 200. Ratio is more important, than the actual numbers. Your numbers are indeed great. Jeff Potter wrote in message ... The last I checked, mine was 128LDL/63HDL.
