Default 157 inch base

at the mid-mountain stake and the lifts closed. Had a fine last day at
Alpine Meadows, hiking and skiing the bowls. Had a good overnight freeze
the last couple of days so the snow was especially good has the sun
softened it from the surface down. It was a fine way to finish off. Got
in a few days, but didn't even break a century. Maybe I'll do better
next year.

I'm already anticipating next season - got the joneses for that first
storm of the season already. OK, now I got to dig out the high country
pack, stock the fuel tanks and food, and get out under the stars. That
should help.
