Default equipment for SUn VAlley trip?

If I manage a trip to Sun Valley for some XC this year, should I bring my
own stuff for fun touring?
I have a new pair of Fischer (waxless) Voyagers, and a pair of Outtabounds
also waxless. Both fitted with 3 pin bindings (telemark, but no cable) for
use with my Karhu Leather boots.
Is any of this equip good for the conditions found in Sun Valley?
What is good times to go there?
Are 3 pin rentals common, so I could use my own boots?
thanks,
GR
