Pay about comiserate with Tahoe pay.
Rentals and lessons not worth much to someone who can snowboard.
Season pass gets pulled or slashed if you don't perform your work
hours, so depending exactly what you do, most employees don't ride the
whole day, except maybe for cat operators.
Forget the 30% discount, go directly to area rep for that company and
gain another 20 over your 30.
What about co mountain benefits, when you go somewhere else on your
day's off?
Are your $$$ food vouchers equal to real dollars?

your right about the lessons/rental thing, but this is my first season
snowboarding, i actualy spent this whole week riding only got 15 of my
40 hours in 5 days but didnt disturb to much seeing that its a slow
week,
so basicaly when its busy you have to work and when its not the whole
mountain belongs to you.
oh and we get extra disscount for burton equipment.
other mountains around here are not that great. the gym is quite huge
and affordable for employees like 100 dollars for the season.
