When it matures. I can't lose work time finding bugs in version 1.0 of
anything.

You don't have to reboot, Klaus.

There's this nifty little utility called "Parallels", and it allows you
to run Windows in a virtual machine *while* Mac OS X is running. So you
have the best of both worlds available all the time.

That's pretty sweet. But I spend enough time administering one
OS. I've been helping a friend with some Mac stuff the last day. Not
something I want to spend my time on. I'd rather be billing or skiing.

BTW, what software do you need to earn a living that doesn't run under
Mac OS X?

Microcontroller cross development. And the GUI I write has to run on
PCs, because that's what the clients have.

Which GUI is that?

As I mentioned to Klaus, it's unnecessary to boot into XP (although you
can if you want to) but by using Parallels Virtualisation you can simply
run XP at the same time. Even cut and paste works between them and
programs show up on the dock just like they were OS X applications.
It's really, really slick and fast too.

And it costs what, 10 bucks?

It took me a while to catch on to you. You have minimal comprehension.
You're plagarizing others. I thought you were just cutting and pasting,
but that post went over your head.

That was intuitively obvious. Baker is a fake.

Jesus dude, I think they're still finding bugs in Windows 98...

Get a Mac. Haven't you learned anything from this discussion? UNIX is the
genetic code of the internet. UNIX interoperability is indispensible.
