snow map of US / southern Canada

just discovered this:

At the moment there are some inaccuracies...doesn't show the 6" or so of
severely transformed snow in my neck of the woods (Central Maine). Will
be interesting to watch as the winter progresses though. Hopefully it
will ALL be red in a few weeks.
