The Old Village:
Samoëns is the only French alpine station classified by the "Caisse
des Monuments Historique". The apartment is within 100m of the
historical center of the village.

Sport:
Winter like summer, Samoëns is a place privileged for the sportsmen.
As of December 20, 2003, the village will be connected in less than 9
minutes to the skiable field of the "Grand-Massif" (270Km ski slopes
in Flaine-Morillon-Les Carroz-Sixt-Samoens) thanks to a very new 8
places telpher carrier. The departure of the telpher carrier is within
900m from the apartment, it is served by a shuttle which stops within
100m from the building.

According to the season, the rental will cost you 250,00 USD/200,00
euros/150,00 gbp (low season), 340,00 USD/275,00 euros/200,00 gbp
(January and March), 430,00 USD/350,00 euros/255,00 gbp (February and
