Sure, all stereotypes have an *element* of truth to them. The problem is the faulty logic that often goes alongside them: 1. That snowboarder crashed into someone 2. Therefore snowboarders are dangerous 3. You are a snowboarder, therefore you are dangerous. If you both board and ski, which stereotype do you fit into? -- Champ |
