Snow Summit 4/14/11
I got up early (4AM) and did the online paperwork for my 2011-12
season pass (Senior Sunday+midweek=$269). I printed everything out for backup in case I needed it. The way up was clear except for early morning road workers installing guardrails on 38 about mile 23. I've been driving that road for 30+ years and NOW they're putting in guard rails? There was patchy snow above 5000 feet and all the way up to Onyx Summit. On the lake side, there was no snow visible except in the higher ridges and where the resorts had been piling it up all winter. The day started out frozen everywhere despite the cloudless sky, and only Chair 2 running at 8:30. Both aspects improved by 10AM as the surface warmed and a few more chairs started up (3, 7 and 9 plus the bunny hill). I skied all over the mountain looking for the best conditions. This was one of the best Spring days I have seen ever at SS, since the snow softened and got slow, but never sticky except in a few thin spots (connecting cat tracks mostly). I didn't stop for a break (ate my lunch out of my backpack on the lift) until after about 30 runs when I went in to the season pass office to finish off the paperwork around 1:30. Then I went out for a few more runs and had the liftie scan in my new ticket to make sure it was working already. The way home was marred by a burning moving van on I-10 near Beaumont. The fire seemed to have started in the engine and spread to the contents of the trailer. Some family will have a sad night in their new home, I fear. |

Would whomever Henry is performing to impress drop me a line?
Granted, this psychopathic, stalking pathological liar loves playing sick little games, pretending to be reasonable while committing felonies behind the scenes. He and his fellow pathological liars keep claiming LE is "monitoring" this ********. Would LE please drop me a line? I'd like to "report" Dickless Henry. Or Henry could make it easy on all of us, and give me the contact info for the SPD officer he claimed was going to harass, detain, arrest, and charge me for exposing him as a stalking pathological liar. Still waiting 15 months later. And still waiting for the contact info. How humiliating for Henry. Happy to discuss the technicalities of the crap you've been involved in. |

So, with the evidence presented: If you can see your skis all the time, it's not powder. If you can't see your skis very often at all, it is powder. This, of course, precludes trying to ski in open water. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfk3icwr37E The guy at the far end of the pond on the left with the yellow jacket is wearing a dry suit for rescue purposes. The back of my head shows up in the near end of the pond on the left. The 2011 video isn't ready yet. I just thought I'd post this in the interest of spring. It wasn't very spring-like on this date last year. Very wet, snowing heavily when rain was forecast. |

YOU are concerned with evidence? Amazing hypocrisy. Considering how many times you freaks lie your ass off about me, with no evidence, and how many times YOU have lied your ass off, I demand evidence. If you can see your skis all the time, it's not powder. If a freak makes up a disgusting, provable lie with no evidence, and another freak repeats the lie, it's still a lie. If you can't see your skis very often at all, it is powder. If you can't see a freak in person ever, it is evidence of profound cowardice. This, of course, precludes trying to ski in open water. This, of course, precludes you ever being man enough to threaten my life in person. |
