Recently in Iran they held an international grass skiing competition. Here
is a sample of the top ten remarks overheard at the event #3 & #4
respectively:

Yup, funny comments.

The International Grass Skiing Competition really did happen.
I would be interested in hearing about it, if you or anyone knows.
There are many Google hits but none leads to anything informative.

The skis look like they have rollers on them.

Actually have a per of grass skis.. One ski school director I worked
for would have us racing (keep in shape) with them in the summer. This
was before mountain biking became popular.

Lot of fun but have to clean the grass & mud out of them after every
run..
