Scottish ski slopes this weekend
Difficult to know which one to choose. I'll drop Lecht
and Nevis as they're furthest from me. Cairngorm has the most snow but also seemingly the most ice. Glenshee has the most runs but also the most runs closed. Glencoe is the smallest but seems to be 100% open, including some unofficial runs. Glencoe looks like it's getting the sun on Saturday so perhaps that's the one to go to. Anyone else? -- Adrian |

There are a few lifts south of the border, although they don't get much use these days - although my mate was boarding deep snow in the NE a couple of years ago... |

Snow is not quite as excellent and deep as the reports would have you believe (surprise surprise) but still good fun. Think I'll get there for the first lift and just ski the morning (from Perth), I expect the world and his wife will be there by 11:00. |
