Default Jay T's Saturday Workout 10-11-03

Tom Bengel and I went rollerskiing in the Afton Hills for 1 hour. Tom
skated on his Marwe 610s while classic skied. Rain came in, Tom was
saving himself for a cyclocross race tommorrow and I was fried from a
big week of training including a 3 1/2 hour Wednesday mountain bike
ride through the famed Levis and Trow Mound Trails in the Neilsville,
Wisconsin area.
